Either their scale cannot measure light items or it was not callabrated. Yes my item was under 8 oz as I measured it myself. Definitely check what they weight because that's just stealing money. :/

Told us that we could return with any bag and proceeded to tell us that we couldn’t with just “any” and we had to purchase one in the store. I’ve seen other reviews probably talking about the same woman. Extremely frustrating experience. **updating: There were no “unexpected cost rises” that should have affected us. We were told through the company we purchased the item from, that we can bring the item to this store without needing to be charged for anything. The woman there told us that we needed to buy a bag/box IN STORE to ship the item we brought in. We asked if we could use any bag and she proceeded to tell us “yes” We were about to head out and grab a different bag and then she stopped us and told us that we weren’t allowed to just use “any bag” and had to purchase one from the store. Just seems like the woman working at the time was trying to mooch off of us.
