  I usually don’t write reviews but. The guy in the print section that starts in mornings is the worst in customer service. On about 3+ occasions. He’s been rude and unwelcoming. Can barely understand what’s he’s saying, it’s like he pushed away to not do business. I’m so through with him, I come here because it’s close to my house but. I will not be returning… He is the worst!

  We had to print more than 300 pages, and the person in charge, Pablo, was very kind to us; very good service.

  I had a last minute print order and the Printing Associate, Mayur, was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to sort me out on a Friday afternoon. Very patient, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I will definitely be returning for my print services.

  Very poor customer service experience at the Amazon counter in Staples. The representative named Mariana was extremely rude and disrespectful. As the face of Staples in this role, basic customer service etiquette and professionalism are expected, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking.

  Pleasant and helpful cashier. Other than that this store is a sad, poorly run example of how not to run a business.
