We had to print more than 300 pages, and the person in charge, Pablo, was very kind to us; very good service.

I had a last minute print order and the Printing Associate, Mayur, was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to sort me out on a Friday afternoon. Very patient, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I will definitely be returning for my print services.

Very poor customer service experience at the Amazon counter in Staples. The representative named Mariana was extremely rude and disrespectful. As the face of Staples in this role, basic customer service etiquette and professionalism are expected, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking.

Pleasant and helpful cashier.
Other than that this store is a sad, poorly run example of how not to run a business.

I originally rated 5 stars, but not anymore. When I go to the Amazon returns counter, there's an old Indian lady and she's so mean. She doesn't say anything, just sighs when you walk up and then not a word after, unless she thinks you have a lot of returns then she'll ask in a huff how many returns you have (there's a limit of 10,which I've never exceeded but usually hang onto my returns until I have 5 to 7), and she's just rude. To everyone. The young guy? Wonderful and pleasant. The tall girl? Pleasant. The short(ish) girl? Pleasant. I dread going there if she's there, but I have a right to do so. I run a business and buy a lot of items throung Amazon, they don't work out sometimes. I'm going to start going to the UPS store, they charge $1 but I can do all the same things at UPS as I can at staples 🤷🏼♀️ and it's closer to me. She's also super slow. And I've heard the same from other people I talk to.
