When I visited, the individual at the counter gave every excuse she could to do nothing to help and push away customers. No wonder why it is losing business to UPS and FedEc
- GBGabriel BarajasMar 13, 20261.0Don't ever send Mail Certified; you get the Green Slip with no Documents, and Police Department will not investigate. Inspectors in Edison will not give you Records. My license and registration has been lost in the Mails for over 2.5 years. Don't end up missing your Government Documents, try another location. Waste of Money Orders, Probably an Illegal has my Personal Identifying Information, and Driver License. Court Will know your license and registration was expired without you showing them any documents, or An Officer pulling you over, then say he give you a ticket when Body Camera shows no stop and no issuance of ticket.

How do you provide customer service or questions regarding packages shipped from dunellen if no one answers the phone and helps? Do better. Holiday season or not, that's unacceptable.
