Love this post office. they are short of staff but that is not the workers fault that is the government they can hire more ppl but they choose not to so the ppl that do work their end up suffering & hav 2do double their work basically handling 3-4 ppls workload at 1s on 1person its horrible I watch them as they work so hard & still wit a smile on their face treatin every customer wit respect & its amazing 2watch these wrkrs bc even when broken down they still prevail Its jus sad bc no1 should be expected 2do what all these workers do by themselves the line will be out the door sometimes & theres only 2people in the whole building sometimes maybe 3 but mind u those ppl in the back need 2handle what they need 2handle they have their own job 2do & then the 1person on register has 2handle the whole workload on their own its just 2much for 1person even 2ppl mind u. U have ppl comin in for passports in the area we live in alot throughout the whole day back2back sometimes which will hold up the line even longer on top of all that theres no parkin anywhere this post office doesnt have a parking lot & on the street theres probably like 10spots theyre all taken bc of the other offices & buildings next door & the township office so theres no parkin mind u.u have somebody comin around checking all the vehicles if they've been there more than 2hrs giving them tickets even though they hav no parkin lots or parkin anywhere 4blocks mind u this is street parkin that theyre ticketin 4& chargin Township members 4 & say ur parked on a yellow line 4maybe 2 seconds or park somewhere where ur not supposed 2park bc theres nowhere 2 park & some1s getting out of ur car 2run into the post office real quick theyre already coming up 2u to ticket u theyre already ready 4it theyre waitin there I mean its horrible its through the whole town they really need 2fix things but again that has nothing 2do wit the ppl workin at the post office itself so when ppl or places get bad reviews 4something it has nothing 2do wit its wrong these ppl work hard theyre carin theyre good they handle the packages properly & they work at the correct speed probably faster than most so the problem isnt the workers in the post office they hav the best workers any post office has ever seen in my opinion its the township & the government & if ur goin 2give this post office a bad review for those problems its inappropriate u kno Im new 2this town & I already see so many issues at Bay the town I come from would never even allow or it wouldnt even be happening this poor post office pays the consequences of low ratings due to the environment not the workers ppl need 2put the blame where it belongs & its not on the ppl there its on the township the Mayors the council governmental positions not wanting 2hire enough ppl bc they want 2cut pay not wantin 2give ppl more hours not wantin 2give them overtime Im sure those workers in their would work overtime wit overtime pay paid time & a half problem is the post office they dont want to giv it so these workers unfortunately R suffering & all the township ppl who live here are paying the consequences for it & believe me so are the workers trust me I dont even kno how they go home at night & have a good life bc Im sure theyre depressed hav anxiety dealing wit everything that they deal & the attitude some of these ppl get wit them bc they dont speak Spanish thats not the works fault they speak English its not a reason for rudeness I could never do it I truly want 2say this & I truly mean this God bless them I think what ppl forget is that were all human As a person we can only take so much Im sorry some1 needs to post the truth on this page & 2me those workers are amazing God only knows how they do it especially wit the attitudes of some of these ppl theres no need 4attitude & the crazy part is theyre still respectful the bad reviews on this page I dont understand bc its not the workers we need to all put the blame where it belongs also im sorry 4the slang & ebonics spellin i wanted 2fit everything I wanted 2say & its the only way
