I said yes, and she asked if I could help her translate because she did not understand and no one was speaking to her in Spanish. I went in with her and explained to the staff that the lady had lost a package and wanted to know how to locate it since she had the tracking number. The employee began shouting at us, saying that if the lady did not speak English, she could not assist her and that she did not know where the package was. She was extremely rude. At the very least, there should be someone available who speaks Spanish and who has the basic human decency to treat customers with respect.

The first time I was just dropping off a package, and this 2nd time I had called up because a package I shipped went missing. She would not file a request to look into the lost package or speak to her boss/supervisor. She said I should file a complaint and then hung up on me. This lady needs to be fired!
