    they tell you to make a passport appointment on line and then you arrive to the confirmed appointment just to be told you are not on their daily sheet!! No help or effort to figure out why my appointment isnt on their sheet for the day. Then just to be told to make another appointment online Lol this place is a joke.

    Why can't we give 0 stars!? This locations negative stars. Service is absolutely horrible; the workers think they are kings and queens and treat the public like peasants, when we pay their salary. Walk into this location and you will understand just how rude and lazy government employees can get, and with a side of lordly attitude.

    Had a package that was.missent. Deptford Post Master, Ron, coordinated with Sewell Post Master to have the package hand delivered!!!! Thank you!!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    I went to return a package that had some extra Priority Express tape on it. The employee told me he would not accept the package unless I removed the tape, which I was willing to do. However, when I asked for clear tape so I could re-seal the box, he refused and told me I would have to purchase tape for $3—even though this was a prepaid return label. I felt this was unreasonable and not in line with previous USPS experiences, where such small issues were resolved with basic assistance. More concerning, I have noticed that this employee consistently treats me differently compared to how he treats others, including my husband. Several of my colleagues have also mentioned similar experiences at this location. His demeanor is often rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming.
