    I dont usually do reviews but let me say Vincent you do a fantastic job! Up and above the service I expected!! Never stopped working on other projects but made me a priority without becoming overwhelmed or stressed!! STAPLES SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE FOUND SOMEONE WITH SUCH QUALITY WORK EFFORT!!

    I visited this Staples store at 7:30 PM to print a few documents. The staff told me they couldn’t help me and said I had to use the self-service machine. The machine charges a $5 minimum plus $0.84 per page, which is very expensive for just a few prints. There was also no option to choose the paper size. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and he told me that the printing service closes one hour before the store closes. This was very disappointing because the store was still open, but full service was not available. I expected better customer service and clearer communication about their printing hours. Overall, not a good experience.

    Arrived Mon. at 8am. Returning an Amazon item. Stood at the front next to the Customer Service desk with a cane. No employees around. Desk had an UPS sticker so I thought it was where you returned Amazon items. Employee walked in, and placed his items under the desk, and walked away without asking me if I needed help. Heard a beep of a cash register in the back so I followed sound. There I found what I came in for. Employee was nice and told me my receipt would print out behind me, it didn't work because it had no ink. Employee didn't know which cartridge they used and had to get help. Finally got my receipt and left. Time there as long as this post 🫤.

    They had the supplies I needed for the most part, which is the most important thing. However, the atmosphere was a little quiet today. I’m a friendly guy, so I said hello to two different team members in the aisles, but I didn't get a reply back. I’m sure they were just in the zone and focused on their tasks, but I always think a quick 'hi' or a wave makes a big difference in how welcoming a store feels. Good stock, but just a gentle nudge to keep that energy up!

    The gentleman working the Amazon returns tonight (Friday, January 16th, 2023) was soo informative and nice. He was able to help me figure out how to return something to UPS and why that happens when some Amazon thing can be returned to Staples without a box and others need to go to The UPS Store which need a label. He said the items bought from 3rd party suppliers and not Amazon, LLC., so to avoid it make sure your purchase is coming from Amazon, LLC. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Also, this Staples is soo easy for Amazon returns. When you walk in there is like a "yellow brick road" of stickers to follow right to the Amazon returns desk. No label, box, etc required. Just scan the QR code and hand off the item. My returns have been processed in as little as 2 hours.
