Bernadette has also been very respectful and helpful as well. These postal agents are very experienced and I appreciate their professionalism to me as a postal customer. There is one worker that quite honestly needs some customer sensitivity training. He has a real chip on his shoulder. I do not know his name, but I always try to avoid dealing with him whenever possible. I have been a long time resident of Denville since 1986 and am very pleased with the service and courtesy extended to me by the majority of the staff in Denville. Thank you!
