    I had a printing emergency and ran to Staples because I knew that they had what I needed. I'd bought the same item online and it failed me. I found what I needed at Staples, earned some rewards and was on my way in less than 15 minutes! The staff was courteous and made sure that I was all set.

    Only one register open. I get in line behind 1 person. I wait. And wait. And wait. I turn around and there's 8 more customers now... waiting! So all the way towards the back of the line a register opens. The cashier announces for the next person in line. (Thats me) So I walk all the way down to her line and there's 4 customers there! Then I wait some more and she sends me back to the first line where the man was still checking out the same customer! Then another cashier comes up and takes me. 30 minutes at least waiting and being shuffled from line to line like the DMV! I'd give 0 stars if that was an option.
