- MGMelissa GoldsteinJul 18, 20231.0Lady working the counter is cold and unpleasant. Never a nice experience stopping in to just drop off mail for a receipt . She's scans the packages very slowly. The other day got a charge back b/c she scanned a package, didn't take it off the scale and scanned another package making it double its weight and now I have to pay for that. My husband usually drives to the next town over so he doesn't have to deal with her. It should have to be like that. She should be talk to!

I'm used to post offices being more lenient once they get to know you. But no not this guy. He will not do anything that's not by the book which is understandable. But I'm used to very nice kind people at places like this. Expecially when they know you as a returning customer
