Dropped off some letters to Florida at 6am on Dec 17. It's Dec 30 and they haven't arrived yet. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. Update. I went to inquire. They said "nothing out of the ordinary" it's Jan 3 now. Still not delivered.

I avoid the Kendall Park post office on Route 27 and Henderson Road at all costs because of the extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The only way I will conduct business there is to use the self-service package delivery machine in the lobby. Instead I have been using the Dayton branch on Georges Road. I've had very good experiences there, like night and day compared to the KP one. Until today. I will not even describe this woman because if you have been to the Dayton branch and have been treated rudely and with disrespect then you know who I'm referring to. She is the only one there that is terribly unhappy in her job. The rest of the staff are always pleasant and welcoming. For reference to the manager of this office, today is Tuesday, Oct 14 and I was in there just before 3PM. You may want to have a conversation with your employee who was rudely serving customers at this time.

This has to be the absolute worst...WORST...post office in the entire world!!! The workers are super lazy and very VERY rude. We have stopped going there. They need to get rid of these obnoxious workers and get a new staff who actually appreciates having a job and who actually likes interacting with customers.

I phoned this particular office on 6/20 because tracking information for a package I was expecting showed it sitting there for 5 days. After reading other reviews, I wasn't expecting much. Then I spoke to a gentleman named Vinny. Vinny kindly asked for my tracking number and despite not being able to give me an exact answer for where my package was based on the information he saw, proceeded to take the time to explain to me what the various USPS terms indicated and what this meant for the delivery of my item . He mentioned that he would submit a request for review of my order. I don't know if he did that or not, but my package miraculously left their facility yesterday. I am grateful for his patience and his persistence in trying to find an answer for me. I removed one star because it took a couple of hours of dialing to get someone to pick up the phone. I'm sure glad Vinny finally did!
