- VYVictoria & Sophia YooDec 3, 20251.0I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at this post office. I was attended to by a woman who looked about middle aged. She kept insisting I zoom in on the barcode she was supposed to scan when clearly it was not possible to zoom in. She was very rude about it and kept refusing to try and However, another staff member was able to do it just fine.
- AAANDY ANAug 27, 20251.0I had an unpleasant experience at this post office. When I visited, it was very quiet, with only a few other customers inside. A young female clerk was at the counter, and I brought several small packages—all with printed labels attached, so they just needed to be scanned. However, she told me she could only scan five of the packages and that I had to leave the rest behind, saying it was “policy.” I have shipped many items before, but I’ve never encountered this. I explained that I needed receipts for all of my packages, but she refused to scan them or offer any solution. I ended up going to another post office, where all of my packages were scanned without any problem, and I was able to get the receipts I needed.

With so many bad reviews and cheap service, it's weird they're still hired and not fired. Sad we have to deal with such services in our own town, where we pay such high taxes.
