- BSBe StillJul 20, 20231.0Went here for my passport. I was unaware that my original documents wouldn’t be given right back to me. So, I asked “about” when would I get them back and was told it’s not up to them. Okay so about how long does it take to process them. Apparently ashamed they “had no clue” or just didn’t want to answer a simple question civilly, I got major attitude from both employees. As a side note, there was another customer for passports in the office and she was able to answer my question satisfactorily without attitude.
