The individual responsible for scheduling the appointment and processing the passport wasn't able to commit to our scheduled appointment. The post office employee did call me two hours after my appointment and was very apologetic for their actions -- he even offered a discounted processing fee if I chose to go back. Be sure to call ahead or confirm appointments if processing passports at this facility. The staff that I did encounter at this post office when we went for our scheduled appointment was impolite and not very helpful -- not expecting the kindest exchanges when visiting a post office but the person was very rude.
