I visited this location on Saturday 2/28 at approximately 12:00 PM. I waited patiently for about 15 minutes before being helped by a representative named Dale. I asked if he could weigh a card I had. He informed me it was over the standard weight and stated the cost to mail it would be $1.07. After placing a label on the envelope, he asked for payment. At that point, I explained that I had approximately 60 identical envelopes to mail. He responded that he could not process 60 envelopes due to the line. However, I observed other customers receiving 15–20 minutes of undivided assistance from their service representatives. I asked what the best approach would be. He suggested I use two stamps per envelope, which would have resulted in me spending approximately $30 more than necessary. I explained that this did not seem reasonable, especially after waiting in line for service, and asked if there was an alternative solution or a manageable number he would be willing to process. He repeatedly stated he “couldn’t do it,” without offering any resolution. He then handed me a complaint form. I clarified that I was not seeking a complaint form — I was seeking a reasonable solution that did not require me to pay more simply because the transaction was inconvenient. Throughout the interaction, I remained calm and did not raise my voice. It became clear that convenience, rather than customer service, was the priority. Eventually, he stated he would check with his supervisor regarding more accurate postage options. After waiting several more minutes while he assisted additional customers, I asked for an update and was told it was still with the supervisor. Given that it was Saturday and there appeared to be no urgency to resolve the issue, I chose to leave. I then visited the post office in Colonia. The representative there immediately listened to my needs and provided the most cost-efficient solution. He offered 2-ounce stamps, asked about the occasion I was mailing for, and wished me a great day. He was genuine, professional, and kind. It was a stark contrast in customer service. The representative in Colonia deserves recognition for exemplifying how customer service should be handled. I sincerely wish excellent service was more consistently valued and rewarded.

Went there with two babies to apply for passports with all the papers we need, just to be treated rude and them not offering the photo service that they promised online. This place is a disgrace.
