She really went above and beyond for me and I couldn't thank her enough.

I recently tried to ship two Amazon return packages, and both were rejected by the woman working behind the counter. She claimed the boxes weren’t thick enough and insisted I needed to purchase a box or bag from the store instead. I took the same packages to another UPS Store and had no issues at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt pressured at this location to buy additional packaging when it wasn’t actually necessary. It comes across as an upsell tactic rather than genuine policy enforcement. Between the inconsistent service and the poor attitude, this location has lost my business.
