This is at the request of the customer” without ever corresponding with or attempting to contact the customer. This is fraud and a huge inconvenience because you can’t reach an employee on the phone at this location. No one at this office ever answers the phone so you can’t fix the status they fraudulently changed. They don’t care about their customers.
