I've dealt with some horrible and rude USPS workers at other locations. I'm so grateful for Cynthia's professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this location!
- BBBJan 20, 20241.0They change the status of your packages to “Your item is being held at the post office. This is at the request of the customer” without ever corresponding with or attempting to contact the customer. This is fraud and a huge inconvenience because you can’t reach an employee on the phone at this location. No one at this office ever answers the phone so you can’t fix the status they fraudulently changed. They don’t care about their customers.
