- MMMikeFeb 16, 20261.0I would give zero stars if it was an option. They are very nice in person and over the phone however, in the one year I’ve lived at my address. It has been nothing but problems with packages and mail not getting delivered and sent back no matter how many times you go in to fix your address, they keep marking it as vacant or undeliverable most recently. I had a small amount of snow in front of a mailbox so they did not deliver anything. It is now gotten to the point where as a business we tell every company not to use the US post office.

The currier is entirely too lazy and not caring. The package will end up many addresses away and or damaged. Not just once in a while either, it's a regular thing. I just had another package crushed to fit my mailbox instead of getting out of the vehicle like somebody that cares. Although the package was marked first class and not to bend, lucky me now my child's already astoundingly high priced school photos are trashed.
