    Something very sketchy going on at the Colonia, NJ Post Office with P.O. Box 28 and Certified Mail/Return Receipts not being processed & delivered with INTEGRITY and not obtaining legitimate signatures that show proof of delivery and receipt! Time to investigate WHO is doing this INCLUDING the landlord who owns this PO BOX and has it's tenants rent payments sent to it! Especially when the apartments are in Ocean and Monmouth counties!?!

    The calling option sucks. All I want to do was talk to an agent regarding the mail order but autobot sucked my energy out by repeating “I don’t understand “ seriously!!??

    The Colonia Post Office staff are very easy to work with. I really like that they stay open until 7PM, it works with my schedule very well for shipping last minute orders from my online customers.

    The worst servicie ever!!!. The Indian man on counter is the rudest and most arrogant human being I've ever dealt with. My envelope wouldn't close properly, and he refused to give me a piece of tape to seal it properly. He made me buy new tape, and to make matters worse, he refused to accept the package because, according to him, it included batteries, when I clearly specified that there were no batteries inside. I hope they take action and fire that person. The other employees are very friendly and always try to help where they can, except for that person who complicates every interaction in the establishment.
