- RBRo BandzDec 26, 20251.0The African-American women who works “Clerk 18” was very rude and was making disrespectful remarks to me when I came in, she messed up my package shipment the day before Christmas, I have my own business her messing up my orders then in return ruined my Average Shipping Time, my clientele, and hundreds of dollars worth of packages RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS so many people did not receive they’re Christmas gifts for their children & loved ones. And when I came in to straighten out the ordeal she once again had had a disrespectful attitude, when she was the one that sent my package to the wrong location. DO NOT GO TO THIS USPS FIND ANOTHER ONE LOCALLY, do not risk your packages getting sent to the WRONG address & having to send buyers money back + get your seller account suspended + have to deal with your money frozen for weeks !

Ridiculous. Selfish. Go to UPS they’re always happy to help package your items.
