  I dropped off two packages this morning and was met with rudeness because the packages weren’t sealed, and the reason why they weren’t sealed is because the last time I was there I was told by someone else not to worry about it, it would be taken care of. I was under the impression that it wasn’t necessary for me to seal them and I don’t have the proper supplies to do this. I even tried to ask a question and received more rudeness! I miss ups of Whitehouse, they were always friendly whether the packages were sealed or not.

  I needed a small package delivered to Los Angeles in two days. A very polite man at the counter assured me it would be delivered in that time and charged me $34. It was not until I checked the tracking number that I learned its scheduled delivery was in six days. There were no mitigating circumstances. He flat out lied to me- and charged three times what the post office would have. It doesn’t seem like a sustainable business practice.

  Owner and worker EXTREMELY rude. Customers huffing and puffing coming in and out of store. Very Bossy rude and degrading. I would rather walk my package across the country than visit this store. Never again
