The staff member, a lady, and gentleman (who was called the manager) displayed both rudeness and unprofessionalism. At 1:30 pm, I had an appointment to apply for my son's passport, but they told me to wait until 1:30 pm. They came back at 1:45 pm and said you should try a different location in Flemington instead of here. I asked why they said we don't support your application. Her behavior was dismissive rather than providing helpful guidance. They were unprepared to give a suitable response. I am optimistic that management will address this issue to ensure a better experience for others. Unless improvements are made, I would not suggest this location.

I have complained about this driver several times. She does this all the time! NO ONE HERE DOES ANYTHING ABOUT HER! This is now the fifth time I’ve had an incident, the last time her boss didn’t even call me back after several calls. I one time had a package of clothes delivered that she left at the bottom of the stairs and her excuse was that it was “too heavy”. Clinton post office please do something about this driver!

We deserve so much better. I avoid this post office even though it is so close to my home. I would rather go to Pittstown or Annandale. The staff there are wonderful.
