  We use UPS for all our Amazon store photo shipments through Austriya Photo Lab, and the experience has been excellent. We’ve never had any issues with shipping—no missing packages at all. Mary provides outstanding service; she is quick, attentive, and always helpful. Highly recommended

  I was at this location to return a couple of items to Amazon and was having a very difficult time doing so. One of the gentlemen who works named Naser began to assist me. He was having issues with the return as well because of the Amazon app. First let me say that they were VERY BUSY. But this guy was very patient and knowledgeable. He got my return processed in the most Professional, Polite and Patient way. I was so impressed with the way he handled his self and with the persistence he displayed during the return, that I had to get his name. This man Naser should be conducting classes on how customer service should be. OUTSTANDING... In my opinion, UPS is lucky to have Naser as an employee who properly represents their brand. D. Henson

  I dread having to use this store for my Amazon returns, but it’s the closest to my house when I don’t have time to drive to the Bridgewater Staples. The woman at the front desk is the epitome of someone who hates their job. Customers appear to be an inconvenience to her.
