  I was helped so much by Heide at the CLINTON UPS STORE. I received excellent service in a fast and helpful way. The store is in the Walmart Plaza with great stores surrounding it. The CLINTON UPS STORE is the closest place to the Lebanon, Whitehouse area since the Whiehouse Station UPS store has closed.

  For my family, this store is in a good location, close to other stores that we frequent. Often, this UPS store is busy but I always feel that my business is appreciated by the clerks/operators. I like that I still get the needed attention even when crowded. I'm a low tech person and I don't use the self-serve option. The gentleman and woman who have helped me multiple times are always polite, professional, patient and attentive. Thanks!

  Have been to UPS Store Clinton several times and every time Naser is working, he has been so kind and helpful. Grateful for his work ethic and demeanor.

  If I could put 0 stars i would! I had a package that I needed to sign for. I missed it by 10 minutes. Its a very fragile package and I needed it by the next day. I went to the access point where ups said it was left to pick it up and they told me they didn't have it and to call the closed ups. I called the clinton location and explained my story and the lady on the phone straight up told me I can't help you. No comment about well maybe it will be delivered the next business day or at the end of the day. No common sense told me she didn't care and that she couldn't help me at all. Horrible horrible service on the phone!!! Update: To clarify i understand not all UPS stores can help but the fact being the lady on the phone could have said exactly what your response was to me and to contact someone else or customer service. The access drop point place told me to call the closest UPS store. And if the employee on the phone really cared about customer service she would have done what your respond was to me not tell me that she did not care. She could have also if she did not know asked someone else to take the phone call. I work in retail I know how it goes and I never told a customer on the phone that I didn't know what to do and did not care.
