- DHDAN HENSONDec 11, 20255.0I was at this location to return a couple of items to Amazon and was having a very difficult time doing so. One of the gentlemen who works named Naser began to assist me. He was having issues with the return as well because of the Amazon app. First let me say that they were VERY BUSY. But this guy was very patient and knowledgeable. He got my return processed in the most Professional, Polite and Patient way. I was so impressed with the way he handled his self and with the persistence he displayed during the return, that I had to get his name. This man Naser should be conducting classes on how customer service should be. OUTSTANDING... In my opinion, UPS is lucky to have Naser as an employee who properly represents their brand. D. Henson

The store is in the Walmart Plaza with great stores surrounding it. The CLINTON UPS STORE is the closest place to the Lebanon, Whitehouse area since the Whiehouse Station UPS store has closed.

Often, this UPS store is busy but I always feel that my business is appreciated by the clerks/operators. I like that I still get the needed attention even when crowded. I'm a low tech person and I don't use the self-serve option. The gentleman and woman who have helped me multiple times are always polite, professional, patient and attentive. Thanks!
