- NGNoor GurneyMar 17, 20263.0crazy wait time regardless of wether your an appointment or walk-in, but they only had one guy behind the counter the entire time who did everything! photos, printing, passports. the guy who helped us was a little snappy sometimes with people but after being there a few hours it made sense, and he stayed half an hour later to help us despite being walk ins. i dont think that it was bad because of the people, but the fact that theyre so understaffed.

I would recommend making an appointment and not just doing a walk-in. Those with appointments are seen at their appointment time +/- some time, so, it's best to at least have that appointment.
