His name is Michael ( Mike) DeNeccnio. After assisting another customer, Mike turned his attention to me with a very friendly greeting! This put me at ease for what I needed to ask for his help with. I needed to print some important attachments from my email from Court and was a little nervous as to if it could be done correctly. Mike took charge!!!! He explained that he would be able to help me , and he walked me through my phone and explained step by step as to how we could print what i needed. Mike was patient, friendly, thoughtful. And kind, and didn't leave me to figure this out by myself! He was able to retrieve and print out everything that i needed!!!!! FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have a Customer Service, Management background and I told Mike that if I was still working ( Retired) i would make him an offer for manager training at my previous employment!!!! This kind of Customer Service is what will keep any business growing and continuing on a Successful course! OUTSTANDING! MIKE, THANK YOU! Staples can be VERY PROUD of you representing them!!! And I hope that they recognize you in a Special way! They should also look into a WONDERFUL Career in Management and Customer Service Management for you, if this is your desire!
