Appointments take priority so be prepared to wait at least two hours if you are a walk in. Have your papers already filled out and printed. Have your documents on you. Very quick and easy the lady at the front was not mean to me I think being there by herself it’s not surprising she gets fed up with stupid people. Be prepared. You will be good!

Rude, unprofessional, disorganized, there is a reason why they hide their name tags. The old man with the beard and glasses is extremely unprofessional. FYI If your blood pressure is high find a different profession, take care of customers. Stop yelling at them.
