They are severely understaffed, it is a passport center as well. They have one person doing the work of 20 and she takes her time doing it also. It seems as though they know people will be angry so they don’t even bother with basic customer service or human respect. Truly avoid this place at all costs for your own mental well being. This is the first review I have ever written in my life.

I waited over an hour today for the staff member responsible for fingerprinting and identity services to show up—only to find that she was not there. This is the second consecutive day this has happened. I had taken two days off work specifically for this service, and the repeated delays are completely unacceptable. It appears the staff member is supposed to arrive at 2:30 PM daily, but the lack of communication and accountability is inexcusable. Customers rely on these services, and the repeated failure to provide them on schedule reflects poor management and oversight. I urge the management and supervisors of this location to address this issue immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend this post office for time-sensitive identity services.

I said please don’t put me on hold. I would like to assistance please of a package. The lady said you were you didn’t hear me that was not the case she had put me on hold then I called again. She hung up on me. And then here we go again for the fourth try I called. I said please don’t put me on hold. I’m trying to look for something. I can understand. You guys are very busy. If not, I would like to speak to a supervisor I get told nobody’s there nobody’s available Rude the whole time on the phone.
