- NNNNov 16, 20251.0There is no indication on the website that Sunday hrs are ONLY for passport. PLEASE FIX THAT. Also, there is a lunch break from 2 to 230 that is also not indicated under hours of operation. The staff is not following their own signs for lunch break. Very disappointed.

I said please don’t put me on hold. I would like to assistance please of a package. The lady said you were you didn’t hear me that was not the case she had put me on hold then I called again. She hung up on me. And then here we go again for the fourth try I called. I said please don’t put me on hold. I’m trying to look for something. I can understand. You guys are very busy. If not, I would like to speak to a supervisor I get told nobody’s there nobody’s available Rude the whole time on the phone.

Delivery note is completely bizarre as it’s noted it was dropped off “At other door/lock?” What does that mean and if that were true that means it’s in my backyard which it isn’t. When emailing them for an inquiry they dismissed it as delivered and can’t further request additional help? So what do I do?
