The one black lady with the glasses is not good at all. She treats customers with disrespect. She does not wear her name tag and is unprofessional. Most of all she is lazy. The other staff are good but it's just this one. She has an attitude like she owns the post office. If a supervisor is reading this you need to check her.

The Allwood United States Postal Service Office, located in Styretown Mall, is a most convenient locale for my postal requirements. The service is always very quick, efficient, and effective. Their service is always pleasant, friendly and engaging. An added plus is, unlike its Main Avenue counterpart, there is almost never a line of more than four, and oftimes my visit is short, concise and to the point. Bravo!

I was charged 12oz for a package, but the funny part is, it was a 6.6oz package. I have 3 scales at my house and they all clearly indicated weighing at 6.6oz. What a scam, I took a few priority mail envelopes and had her weigh them in front of me, she says its 16.6 oz, I got home to weight them and they were 10oz. SHAME ON YOU
