- DTDevarsh Thakkar4 days ago1.0I recently had a very disappointing experience at Staples in Clifton. I went to the store for a pickup order, and the girl at the front was very rude. Instead of helping me, she said she would call the manager and left me waiting. I waited about 20–25 minutes, but the manager never came. When the manager finally came out to help another customer, he completely ignored me. I politely said “excuse me” 5–6 times, but he continued to ignore me and then went to the bathroom without acknowledging me. After waiting nearly 25–30 minutes, a different employee from the printing department helped me. He was very kind, professional, and resolved my issue quickly. I truly appreciate his help. Overall, the customer service from the front desk employee and the manager was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves its management and front-end customer service.
