- DHDavid Havar5 days ago1.0Stood in the amazon return line for 25+ minutes, they had one older lady doing the returns and I felt terrible because legit right next to her the assistant manager was just causally inflating balloons. To my understanding everyone at staples is able to do amazon, so why when it wasn't that busy anywhere else (balloons, register, etc) wouldn't they help this woman? Unprofessional and everyone in the line felt the same.

The cashier let me stand in line for twenty minutes holding a large amazon box, only to tell me when I get to the register that returns are in a different area. No signs for Amazon, nothing.

Even though it was already evening, the manager and the team in charge of the printing area were extremely helpful, patient, and efficient. They assisted me throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything turned out perfectly. It’s great to find a team with such a positive attitude and professionalism. I was very satisfied with the results and would definitely come back to this Staples for future printing projects. If you need photo printing or any printing services, I highly recommend this Staples.

And I cannot even help myself, because there's no working printer connected. (This is a business that sells and stocks printers) And only 1 out of 3 self service computers are functional. The associates are doing their best it seems but there's a management & maintenance issue at hand. Do better, Staples of Clifton commons.
