    Their hours are ABSURD. You can't run a business or franchise like this being closed so much. During the holidays mail got missed and not to mention they're not open on the weekends! Saturday you're closed? They're UNRELIABLE! In an era of using these type of mail spaces for business and online ordering you can't have your businesses closed early by six and not opened on weekends being CHEAP to hire staff or lazy. In America there's business practices and expectations that are to the customer's needs. If you can't fulfill it - become an employee not a franchisee!

    I live within walking distance of this location, so it's very convenient for me. I don't ship much, maybe a few packages a year, but every time I go in here, I'm met with a friendly smile and very courteous service.
