The clerk is one of the most knowledgeable most respectful person I have ever met she knows her job very well and keep a awesome smile and will go above and beyond to make sure you get whatever it is you need I wish it was a million of her in every post office around the world God bless her

Worst experience! The lady that “helped” me was miserable and hated her job. I am a new home buyer and needed to change mail address and she refused to help me, told me to call someone else (without specifying who I should call). Then proceeded to laugh at me face. Do not go here unless you like mean old ladies.

Urghhhh the most recent horrible experience: I set up a week mail hold 3 days in advance in person at the in town post office for my address. Mail was delivered every single day! The last day of the mail hold I happen to catch the carrier and I'm asked "are you guys on a hold?" I say yes we were supposed to be but it was delivered every single day and it's supposed to be lump delivered next week. I'm told "ohh I just got the hold form on my desk this morning" ummmm it was stamped BY THE POST OFFICE EMPLOYEE 10 DAYS AGO, this was the last day to hold all mail. I'm handed today's delivery with a package that was scanned before it swapped into my hands. I go inside and it's NOT EVEN FOR MY ADDRESS! It's for an address several streets over.

There are times in life when no matter what position you hold you should still take the time out and listen instead of over talking people. I had the worst experience calling in with a simple question today,sadly Carol answered the phone. The worst part is I was redirected to the Williamstown Post office in which they told me that the Clayton post office does this all the time!! They don't attempt to answer your question, that they just give the phone number to them and that's it. The funniest is my question was so simple that the gentleman had to laugh that Carol couldn't answer it. It's not fair and I would hope that Carol the "Post Master" as she calls herself learn some customer service. I never need to discuss my position or what I do over the phone, but since Carol knows how to do my job as well as hers, I will continue to let her know she knows everything. Since that's what she stated.
