I had the worst experience calling in with a simple question today,sadly Carol answered the phone. The worst part is I was redirected to the Williamstown Post office in which they told me that the Clayton post office does this all the time!! They don't attempt to answer your question, that they just give the phone number to them and that's it. The funniest is my question was so simple that the gentleman had to laugh that Carol couldn't answer it. It's not fair and I would hope that Carol the "Post Master" as she calls herself learn some customer service. I never need to discuss my position or what I do over the phone, but since Carol knows how to do my job as well as hers, I will continue to let her know she knows everything. Since that's what she stated.
