- HBHeather Barrera4 days ago5.0Came here today for a passport appointment. It was very easy to sign in, the office was clean, and there were chairs to sit in while we waited. Everything moved efficiently. Most importantly, Shantasia and Dianais (I may have spelled her name wrong) were so friendly and kind to me and my two girls!! The passport process can be very stressful and they made it so much easier. Thank you so much!
