I had a bad experience here with a box being recommended to me and sold to me for shipping an item. The size of it caused me to get the highest possible shipping price everywhere I looked. Another store was able to cut down the size of the box to make it cheaper to ship.
Responding to the owner, if you or your employees were even a little bit helpful it would have saved me from carrying this 30 pound box to 5 different locations and wasting my entire day. You quoted me a rate that was physically impossible and sold me a box that was massively oversized for the task of shipping my item. Your recommendation was terrible and was not the right sized box for the item I wanted to ship. It was only until I went to a better UPS store did I receive the help I needed, the help I should have got from your store.

UPS is becoming a joke. I use this location a lot! ALOT. Today November 3rd I picked up a package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, for some reason tracking said, it would be delivered the next day Saturday. Saturday I stayed home and waited for my package, the driver didn’t even get off the truck to knock at my door, long story short. I paid $6.00 for UPS drop my package off at this location. One: I got here the gentleman who waited on me was nice however, he asked for my ID. I gave it to him. I watched him, the address on the package on the drivers license matched on the package that he picked up but because he said it was under a different first name he asked for the tracking number (you walked back and forth wasting time.) Secondly the other gentleman who was working behind the counter. I told both of them what happened and how can find a solution to this driver? He chimed in-the second gentleman and told me there’s nothing he can do call customer service, at the end of this he says just be happy you got your package and I deal with this all the time, Really?
At the end of this, Yes! that was me who called and asked to speak to your manger, sadly if you say you are the manger on duty you do not say to a customer who had to pay $6.00 to have my package sent to your store “be glad you got your package!” I needed shipping supplies and would have purchased from this location but because you decided to say that just be glad I got my package is unacceptable and will never step foot in this store again! I pay to have my packages delivered to my home which means one I paid for that service and then paid an additional $6.00 on top of that because the driver did not knock at my door.
I will not return to this location and will gladly call to speak to your over head manager in the morning and will address the issue with the driver in some way. There is a solution to this, sadly in this world we live now there are better ways to communicate to customers and to this gentleman, maybe get educated on better customer service actually you both do, the one who went in circles and the one who told me just be happy you got your package. I’m convinced that you both weren’t trained properly and need to get better training on how to deal with the public.

I usually have no issues at this UPS location — the staff always print my Amazon return label and seal my package for me, as Amazon covers the cost for this service. This time, however, one staff member (the heavier-set woman) told me I had to bring it already sealed, which has never been the case before. I left with my package instead, as other employees here have always been much more helpful.
