  I was not pleased with the attitude of an employee who ansnwered the phone there today. I could barely hear him, and when I told him this he sarcastically raised his voice when responding to me. I found him to be very ignorant and not a bit helpful.

  Need to renew my passport- thought I would stop here to take my photo. As soon as I told the young man that was my intention his face immediately changed. Asked if they sent me here? No idea who they are. I said no I called earlier in the week and confirmed they did the service. He said that another person is who takes the photos and that she would be there tomorrow. I was very polite in my interaction and said so she’s the only person? He then started on a rant that they want him to do everything in that location. I’m sorry but I just needed to get this done ASAP. Will not be back to this location.

  Love this store. They are always helpful, professional and friendly. When needing to drop Off large loads, they physically help and smile while helping.

  I called ahead to see if they do notary. The man said yes and said they close at 5. No appt needed. I left work, drove 15 mins to the store, i arrived at 2:43. The man said the notary just left and he usually leaves at 3pm but he left early. Save your time and money and go to chase bank for notary in the same shopping center.

  First off, if you ship from a UPS store and a package is lost, don't be like me and spend 30 minutes on the phone yelling at their automated system just to speak to 3 different people who then tell you that anything shipped from the UPS store needs to be handled with the UPS store. Secondly, the package I shipped was lost 12 days ago. When I shipped it I told the person at the UPS store that I needed $200 of insurance on the package. Turns out that didn't happen. So now, I'm only able to claim up to $100 and I'm out the other $100. Make sure you check to make sure they get the services right. Another issue which I think they should work on is when I was there and she put the addresses up on the screen for me to check, she just kind of looked at me. When I looked back at her she pointed at the screen. Than when it came time to pay with a card, again she just looked at me, didn't say a word. I looked at her and she just pointed at the credit card reader. Usually they would say, please confirm the details on the screen are correct or something. I guess looking back I'm not surprised the insurance was missed.
