I explained that I was returning a product to a merchant that requires the customer to purchase a shipping label and asked if he could print the label how me. Between the blank stare, demeanor and unprofessional attitude my fiance and I could see that this worker didn’t want to be there. Due to the total cost for the label I decided not to complete the transaction. That worker should have called out or have a job where there’s no contact with the public. I like going to this location because the customer service is great. If there’s been a change in management and the rude employee is permanent I will find another UPS store to go to from now on.

Today Saturday December 13, 2025 walked In and I let others go ahead of me so I could find what was seeded to copy, and the female worker just stood there so I asked about getting a copy, she just looked didn't respond, in a rude handed the copy email, rudely walking away discussing her personal problem with another associate, I looked up and saying mame, rudely she raises her voice saying g I have to call my manager, inspite of her way, she needs to be real careful especially talking to other UPS associates. She out to stay home if she has to use cheap Doctor Care.
