    It’s bad enough that the post office doesn’t open till 930 at least this branch Then the lady doesn’t even unlock the door until 935 and announce it’ll be another 15 to 20 minutes before they’ll be ready to do business What a disgrace !!!

    This postal office and droboxes around the area are lazy I have an eBay business when i drop off packages they don't scan them leaving my customers to believe they got scam easily preventable by just doing their job

    I hice a 1 star because is close to my house but the staff are so unfriendly and it’s so sad, just because they are Government employees they can treat people like trash. They re just as humans like all of us. Be friendly, be kind to others, love your neighbor as yourself because you are as important as everyone else too.

    This was my second visit to this location, and unfortunately, both times the clerk, Ivana, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The first time, she wasn't helpful with information about mailing a package overseas to my deployed husband, and I was even charged for tape to seal the box, which seemed unnecessary. She spoke to me with attitude and acted like I was bothering her just because I wasn't sure about the process of sending the package. I had a bad experience today. Ivana butted in while I was talking to another clerk and spoke to me rudely. She doesn't realize what military families deal with. Or the correct verbiage to use. With over a decade of customer service experience, I think some training or a reminder about treating people with kindness would be beneficial. Tom on the other hand who helped me today was lovely, kind, funny, friendly.
