We get there and are told the notary “is not in today.” After explaining that we had a reservation, the employees did not care at all, and were incredibly dismissive. They told us to go somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NOTARY SERVICES!

I called to inform UPS so I could get my money back but UPS refused stating I needed the receipt. I paid for 2 children and neither picture can be used. I did not keep the receipt because I didnt think I needed it. I spoke to a young man on the phone who said go ahead and sue if thats what you feel you need to do. As big as UPS is they ca t refund me less than $40 for their mistake. THIS LOCATION IS GARBAGE
