Some of the self serve machines get down not really down but need an employee to help but it's hard because so many people are asking for help and they get stuck going back and forth between the register. The employees do a fabulous job but I hope they either get a raise or have another person on with them. It was so much busier then I expected for nice spring day in a Saturday afternoon. Some items can be over priced, like ridiculous ! but it's such a convient location and the customer service is a consistent good experience. Please do not get rid of this location !

I stood at the front counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When an employee finally came over, they seemed annoyed to be helping and offered little effort to answer basic questions. The biggest issue was the photo center. I needed assistance printing photos, and there was no one stationed there. After waiting for help, I had to walk around the store to find an employee. When someone eventually came, they appeared unfamiliar with the machines and gave vague directions instead of actually assisting. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help. Customer service overall was disappointing. No one greeted customers, no one checked in to see if anyone needed assistance, and the staff lacked professionalism. A store that specializes in office and printing services should be more efficient and knowledgeable. This visit felt unorganized and poorly managed. I left with what I needed, but the experience was frustrating enough that I will likely consider other options next time.
