I guess it was a Manager trying to assist in his absence, but could not help most, so step aside & wait. What happened to people being cross trained? What happens when this person goes on vacation or is sick? She kept trying to send people to other post offices or to go online, really? I was not happy waiting for 20 minutes, but when the clerk returned he had 10 people in line, so more wait & he took his time. I don’t really blame him, but totally not acceptable. I will go to Woodcrest next time, as she suggested.
