- DBDialma BetancourtDec 6, 20251.0I purchased a $30 priority delivery package. 3-5 days. It has taken 2 weeks. Just spoke to the manager here who made me feel crazy for expecting timely delivery. She said well is not US it is Puerto Rico you can’t expected to be thetd in 5 days. As if Puerto Rico is not domestic mail. . It is not Aftica, it is PR , we are US with US post office. It has been 15 days and it is not delivered yet. She was very dismissive . My question is why pay priority if Im not getting my money back when not delivered on time. I bought it on 11/21/25 and it is 12/06/25. She also actex like Puerto Rico us not part of US. Then I learned when calling the 1-800 that it was the lady’s post office who put address wrong. I was never shown the address as the vlerk was going very fast. The lady acted like I was crazy for thinking 15 days was ok when paid for 3-5 days. She was vvery dismissive of an Indian guy rigjt before me. She is not good at dealing with people customers.

This is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time was a certified letter that no one could located then after the 5th visit they found it. I still haven’t received the letter. The postal clerk told us she doesn’t know where letter is.
