    LACK OF TRAINING OR KNOWLEDGE!!! Beware that UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes, which I didn't know. But the employee should've known and not accepted my 2 day delivery. I paid $80 to send my mother's medication to PR Nov 17, 2025 expected to arrive Nov 19 2025. It was never delivered, so when I called I was told it can't be delivered. I requested a return to sender on Nov 25. It is Dec 8th and I keep getting the run around. Now I have to drive to ups store and figure out if they have my package, since they don't know how to answer the phone. Now my mother's medication is now no longer safe to use and I need a refund. As I didn't receive the services I paid for.

    I never ever post about a business, but I feel it’s absolutely necessary. AVOID the UPS store on Haddonfield Rd near Primos. I have gone in several times and each time I go in for a service I have been told that the printer/scanner is broken. Today I went in and there was not the option to scan my packet directly to my email. You have to scan to the store email and then they ask for your email and forward it to you. I then had to ask them if they were going to delete my document. I don’t want my personal stuff on their computer. When I saw him looking for my scan there were tons of other people’s scans that were not deleted. I go to check out and they told me that my scan was $5 per page. My scan was 40 pages, so $200. $200 for a scan that took 30 seconds and I did not request anything to be printed. I let them know that it absolutely couldn’t be right. They insisted it was. I thanked them and told them I didn’t need it. No idea if it’s poor employee training, high turnover or what the issue is over there but I would avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional and something terribly wrong about this store.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS! Had a UPS Notary Appointment at this store, showed up 15 minutes early and asked if we could do it a little sooner and was told "We don't have a notary on today but you can come back Tuesday" Which we responded, "But we have an appointment" Which the employee replied, "Oh we don't look at the appointments" I didn't know what to say. Such an awful customer experience. Went over to the store in Haddonfield and the staff there were lovely and took care of us.

    ould warn anyone hoping to return Verizon equipment at this UPS location. They refuse to follow Verizon’s directions to scan the equipment without an order number provided. This is not in the instructions for Verizon, which explicitly say that UPS will scan the equipment, and the worker reading those instructions. If they are so entitled to ask for information that itself is not required by Verizon, I do Not feel comfortable with any other services they supposedly provide. I went to a neighbouring ups store and this absolutely was not an issue nor is it part of the protocol
