Corporate told me that the store would have to issue me a refund for a shipment that did not go through, the store told me they have to wait until corporate returns the money. They told me they would follow up with corporate and never called me back. When I called they said corporate didn’t answer which seems like a lie since I called myself and got someone from corporate right away. I’ve done many shipments through this store and 9/10 times it’s an issue. If you need to go through UPS go to another store not this one.

I am so surprised to see reviews stating the opposite, because I really do find the staff to be so friendly every time I am in. There is a woman (I believe the owner/one of the owners) who will drop what she is working on to help out so you don’t have to wait in line any longer than possible. Always happy to stop at this UPS store.
