Stewart's service and billing have really gone downhill in the past few years and their billing offices were creating a real mess for our AP department. We were very happy with our prior copy machine, Kyocera, but the leasing company was bought and sold. Therefore, we did not know who/what company we could trust with our copying needs. Vince had been in contact with me off and on for about 18 months between introducing himself and letting me know why Altek is a good company. I was impressed. Vince was very professional and addressed my questions; there was no hard sales pitch. When the time came to renew our copy machine lease, I called Vince to come out and meet with my team. We moved up to a higher-level Kyocera copy machine with increased speed and improved color crispness. Vince provided several pricing models for my team to review, and we selected the best one for SML. I would recommend Vince Tarricone and Altek to colleagues and business associates. Another happy customer.
