  Always a great experience at this store - I go often for returns and the self service kiosk is super easy but if I need help from the gentleman, he is always willing to help!

  Americans are usually known for outstanding level of service… UPS Chatham does not meet the standard. I came here several times and it is getting worse and worse. The guy behind the counter is really not nice. You always have the feeling you bother him more than anything and he does not help to help to find a solution. Will not come here again. I prefer to go to another store.

  Not surprised to see reviews about rudeness regarding this store. Gentleman behind the counter was abrupt and dismissive when processing my returns with QR codes. He seemed irritated to assist even though all my items were in original shipping packaging, or even confirm that that the items going to two different vendors were reflected on the my receipt. One had an unusual tracking number since it was a “Happy Return” and he was irritated to explain that to me. No lines in the store, so not sure why he couldn’t be bothered to explain things to me without a condescending tone. My teenage son was with me and he even noted his poor tone and brusque manner in handling the packages. Ironically, my experience was anything but “happy” for my returns.

  I've never had a bad experience here. I've shipped things out, done countless Amazon returns, gotten things printed. Sometimes I'm that customer who has like 10 things for return. But no one here has ever seemed annoyed or been short with me. It's always a pleasure working with them.
