The guy behind the counter is really not nice. You always have the feeling you bother him more than anything and he does not help to help to find a solution. Will not come here again. I prefer to go to another store.

He seemed irritated to assist even though all my items were in original shipping packaging, or even confirm that that the items going to two different vendors were reflected on the my receipt. One had an unusual tracking number since it was a “Happy Return” and he was irritated to explain that to me. No lines in the store, so not sure why he couldn’t be bothered to explain things to me without a condescending tone. My teenage son was with me and he even noted his poor tone and brusque manner in handling the packages. Ironically, my experience was anything but “happy” for my returns.
