Countless times I've bought certified mail to mail out, with everything ready for them to make it easier and faster on the clerks, and they appreciate it. But, today, Monday, June 28, 2021 at around 11 am, the female African American clerk that refused to serve me was unfriendly, rude, gave me attitude. There were absolutely no customers except for myself and the clerk refused to serve me trying to mail out 8 certified mail letters with electronic return receipt letters. She claimed there were customers that will wait to be served and I should go elsewhere. I explained that this post office is convenient for me and I always came in to this post office with as many as 30 letters and never had any issue. She then proceeded to claim that I need to make an appointment. So I agreed and attempted to make an appointment with her, and she refused to make an appointment, she just said come back when she's not working there. There is absolutely NO reason to be turned away in being serviced at the post office, especially since: 1. I am a paying customer, I wasn't asking for freebies nor favors. 2. I had everything ready, all the clerk had to do was scan and add the postage for 8 letters. 3. I was there in the morning, way before closing time and there were absolutely no customers waiting in line nor the lobby. Very poor customer service.

This specific post office has by far the worst customer service and it's mainly due to the lady at the front counter. I want everyone to know that Karen has a nasty attitude, is very unprofessional, rude and should not be allowed to assist customers at the front counter. I've patiently waited on line to be assisted with shipping my packages, being that it was my first time I had a few inquiries and she became bothered. I am an ebay seller, my goal and duty is to expedite buyer's packages so they recieve their items promptly as expected! I live only a block away from this post office so it would be convenient for me to ship but because of the poor customer service I am forced to drive over to the next town where their customer service is phenomenal! The people are courteous and helpful. It's upsetting that I have to take my business elsewhere specially when there is s post office literally down the block from me. I shall not rest until something is done and if I have to write a letter to headquarters to resolve this issue I will because someone does not know how to be polite and do their job!
