This place doesn't even deserve one star! What a poorly managed facility! The African American who works the counter is rude beyond belief, unprofessional, incompetent, and shouldn't have a job there. Today while I was in the middle of requesting help from her, she left the building! How does someone like this have a government job? ( Then again our government is poorly run as well) Unbelievable! I find myself going to neighboring town's post office instead where their employees are professional.

Visit this branch everyday mailing numerous packages and have never had an issue.
Yes they are a small branch and sometimes they get busy. They also appear to be short staffed like so many other businesses right now but they have always worked with me to drop off my packages and minimize the wait.

I just tried to mail a package after having mailed over 50 packages from this location. The woman who is working today August 30th at 9:30 a.m. is not a courteous or knowledgable employee in my opinion. I have a prepaid shipping label from a company and she tried to charge me more money due to the weight. This has literally never happened and I've mailed over 100 packages in the last 2 months. My issue with this is that not only did I walk into an empty desk for about 2 minutes, I heard people talking in the back and after repeatedly trying to get their attention after about 5 minutes somebody came out. The employee then told me that the scale was broken. So if the scale is broken how can I trust that its accurately reading the weight of my package which is already pre determined by the shipping label from the company I was mailing the package for. I will never return to this location I will never speak well of this location, they are completely working in the wrong way, at least the employee that I dealt with this morning on August 30th at 9:30. I highly suggest that nobody visit this location ever. I don't know how an employee can tell me that the scale is broken, then demand I pay extra money to mail the package. This is after already telling me that the scale can't read the proper weight. It literally makes no sense and is appalling that a company such as the United States Postal Service would allow an employee to do such a thing
