  The number one reason for having a water delivery service is for convenience. And, if I could give them a negative rating, I would. My last delivery was on 1/13 and everyday since, there is a change in delivery status. I was scheduled for deliveries twice a month. If this were a one off, I could accept weather as an excuse, but it happens on a sunny 80 degree day. They have changed deliveries more times than I can count. You lost me as a customer. I cancelled my account yesterday. I was told they would be here to pick up their equipment and empty bottles today. Fat chance. Now, I am being postponed on that as well. PrimoBrands is the most unreliable company I have ever done business with. All they could offer me was a few coupons. It’s not about the money. It was about service and convenience. They have failed miserably on all accounts. I inherited this service from my mother, who has since passed away. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

  Driver blocks the road for 10 minutes when they could just pull over or drive down driveway. Rude behavior for delivering water. Then deliberately took his time to continue blocking the road. Total jerk!

  I would never recommend this company. So many deliveries were delayed, and when we finally tried to cancel and return the water dispenser, they simply could not get it done. I spoke to multiple customer service reps who all assured me the pickup was scheduled and the issue was “taken care of,” yet nothing ever happens. Meanwhile, they continue charging our account, month after month. We are now entering the third month of being billed for a dispenser we no longer use, after our account was supposedly closed—solely because they refuse to come pick it up. Responses take forever, no one follows through, and I honestly don’t know what else to do. Horrible customer service. Horrible delivery. They sell “convenience,” but the only thing we’ve gotten is a nonstop headache and unnecessary charges.

  This company was excellent before the merge. Do not use these people no matter how convenient they make it seem dealing with them is. It was a nightmare getting a refund for my bottle deposits, one supervisor will say one thing to you and the next another. Hours wasted on hold, I wish they never did the merge I loved getting my 5 Gallon Mountain Valley bottles but I would rather drive to whatever store has them to pick up the individual bottles then to ever do buisness with this company again.
