- CCChrisNov 27, 20251.0didnt appreciate how the clerk automatically assumed what i was there for. i was patiently waiting to be called next in line and the bald black guy randomly goes, "What are you here for? a money order?" first of all, what happened to the "Hello, how may i help you today" ?? i was actually there to ship something off. dont assume because I am a young person that you know my business for the day.

The post office at 401 Market St, Camden, New Jerseys is the most consistent and professional post office I've ever delt with. I visit this post office at least twice a week and I'm always in a rush.The two employees that usually assist me are Cindy and Jerome.They're like a breath of fresh air. They're pleasant, professional, and fast for real. I don't write reviews much cuz to be honest, most people beg for them and don't deserve of them. But these two pros at 401 Market Street, in Camden are the truth. They definitely deserve one. And they didn’t ask me to write this at all. Don’t sleep on this post office in Camden — they’re good, no BS
- SSStephenDec 11, 20241.0They lost a months worth of my business' mail. Put a mail hold on and opted to pickup my mail at the end of the hold. All details confirmed by USPS. Went to pickup my mail at end of my hold and they didn't have it! They gave me a phone number to call but no one answered my multiple attempts and there is no opportunity to leave a message. The world will be a better place when we move away from snail mail and don't have to deal with this incompetence any more.
