- MMMehdi MohammadishDec 11, 20251.0This post office, West Caldwell NJ 07006, with no exaggeration, I can tell is the absolute worst post office in the united states. Long lines, unfriendly staff, unprofessional employees and worst of all, negligent mail carriers. My daily mail deliver digest e mail for today informed me that I am receiving three pieces of mails with the photos of each mail for today. Well, when I opened my mail box, I just found two pieces of mail inside the mailbox. The most important mail, which was a check, was not delivered to me. I rushed to the post office with a copy of my mail delivery digest showing a copy of the missing mail. The clerk and supervisor just looked at me and said, one of these days I should receive it. Be patient. It is not the first time that the mail carrier either looses my mail or misplace it in my neighbors mail boxes, since, I often find my neighbors' mail in my mail box. The level of incompetency in this post office unbelievable. Finally, the supervisor took my phone number to call me after speaking to the mail carrier. I am sure that they will never call me because they are careless and do not value the customer. . Now, I have to call the check sender, beg them to void this check and issue me a new one. If I could post zero star, I would do that.

After his passport appointment had left he still had everyone who had already been waiting 20+ minutes waiting another 10 minutes until one of his coworkers came back and saw he wasn’t helping anyone. Then when he decided to finally come up and make an appearance. He then argued with multiple customers afterwards and told one of them that he could help them at all and to file a complaint online. How are you going to make people wait over 30 minutes then tell them you’re not going to help them.
