- ZRZakiyya ReyesMar 14, 20261.0I made a notary appointment online. I reported to the store and was told the notary person had called out for the day. No one had notified me so I took an uber to the location for no reason.
- RLRhenzo LucianoMar 10, 20261.0I had an appointment for 2:30pm notary. I arrived at 2:25pm, they told me they don't do notary after 2pm. I showed them my appointment. The manager told me "Next time for your appointment, you should call an hour before arriving, the notary guy went out for lunch." First of all, it's not in the email that I should call an hour before. Also I have an appointment on the system so why would the notary guy leave for lunch. Then the manager said "I guess I'm not leaving early for work today." Ah sir I don't care about when you're leaving, like how unprofessional do you have to be? I care about my getting my paper notarized. Also why would you tell me "Next time, call an hour before your appointment, the notary person went out for lunch." Even if I don't call an hour before (which is not in the email), someone should still be present for the appointment. Will never go back to this place. Extremely unprofessional, and miserable employees
