After going to the post office after the first one was not delivered they said they would investigate and two days later it showed up in my mailbox with the regular mail delivery. Then again this week another package said it was delivered and was not. Again went to post office they said it was delivered to wrong address and they will have to send the mail carrier out to try to retrieve it. I can understand you make a mistake the first time (note address clearly marked) but 2 times in 2 weeks is unnacceptable. Do better! Hopefuully they retreive my second package if not then I have to go trough the hassel of filing a claim.
