I had accidentally ordered something to the wrong house which was now vacant, and with the post office closed due to the holiday, I tried to put delivery instructions online and they glitched and sent them before I finished. The woman at the counter was very kind when I approached her about the situation, and the gentleman that gave me my package was firm, direct, but also very polite and let me take my package even though it was protocol to be returned to where I ordered it from. I really appreciate it, I promise I'll be more careful in the future lol
