I visited this post office while holding my sleeping baby and purchased three $1,000 money orders. I was informed that I couldn’t use tap to pay the $10.40 fee. I quickly went to my car to grab another card, and when I returned, the teller had started assisting another customer. I waited patiently until he finished so I could complete my transaction.
When it was my turn again, the teller placed my money orders on the counter instead of handing them to me. When I politely asked for an envelope, he placed it on top of the money orders in a dismissive manner and said, “Next time have your card.”
The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. As a customer—especially while managing a sleeping baby—I would have appreciated a bit more courtesy and understanding.
The teller’s name was Jatin. Everyone else in there is awesome, but he’s always very rude. If he’s on duty by himself I will not be back

The clerks at this location always pick up my calls and do a great job of answering my questions.

They need to improve the customer service and user experience. It took me 30 min to post a simple letter, as the gentleman on other side of the counter wasn't cooperative and giving clear answers. It was a frustrating experience.

I do not want to give a star but otherwise no review can be posted. I wish I could give negative 100. This is the laziest place I have ever dealt with.
I just saw the carrier threw my package into our front door porch from 10m away.
It almost hit our glass storm door. Some of Christmas gifts I purchased were broken in a box in the last month and I needed to ask a merchant refund. I believe now they must have thrown that too. Constant lost mails and misdeliveries as well. I wish other office could take over this place.
