I went into the post office and was dealing with Jatin. The person is a very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. He talked down on me since I didn’t have the print out form that he was informing me about. I informed him that I didn’t see it or know about it. I did fill out a form that was handed to me by a lady. However, as soon as I got with Jatin he was rude and inpatient. Telling me how wrong I am and as a person that use to work with customers would never talk back or talk down on them. He definitely needs to have training about how he should talk to customers.

The worst post office on the planet. The postman yelled at me for asking for certified mail forms as they were all empty in the vestibule. Every time you go the line is long and the people are rude.

ATTENTION: LETTERS FROM HERE CONSTANTLY DISAPPEAR AND ARE LOST AND NOT DELIVERED!
The Employees do not work professionally, THE Manager Does Not Respect his clients who came to find out the reason for the non-delivery of letters! This is the worst post office of all, probably, in the state of New Jersey or in Somerset County. Too much and Many of my letters simply disappeared and letters were lost, precisely when I sent my mail from this terrible post office! These receipts serve as evidence of their unprofessional and dishonest work and customer service. March 2024 was my last time I sent a letter from this place, me and all my relatives and friends - we will never use this post office again. By the way, I also heard arguments and disputes between other people and the managers and employees of this post office, all about the loss of letters and the terrible work of this place. I would honestly give this place a minus five if it were possible!

They suck!. I have to edit this because it wont let me leave another one. It is now February 2018 and they still suck at delivering mail. My dentist has been calling me asking me why I havent paid ,my bill, well thats because i NEVER GOT IT! Thank you very much Bridgewater Post office, you had ONE JOB, just deliver the damn mail and you cant do it! 4 months my dentist has been waiting for payment and I found out 2 weeks ago when they finally called. Also just got an email from my mother asking me if the card she sent to my son for valentines day came. She sent it 8 days ago!! She lives an hour away! You people are a disgrace!!!
