- JJJoseph from JoeglowApr 12, 20261.0It was a horrible experience overall. It was almost my turn in the return line, and they decided they were closing at 6:00. So, even though there were eight more minutes, they didn't have time to get to me. This was due to them having one slow worker dealing with the returns. The employee, whom I wasn't even asking, pipes up and says, "We close at 6:00, so now we are not obligated to service you," which was a bit harsh. So I said, "Hey, is it 6:00 right now, and this line is not that big?" He's like, "I'm just following orders," and I was like, "Very, very nice, but I didn't even ask you. I was asking the other employee, the manager, who decided to cut off the line because she decided that there's not going to be enough time." And I wasn't asking you, but I guess he felt good saying that, so at least I made his day. Huge mistake coming here. Please, please, anybody, if you have any Amazon returns, stick to the UPS Store.
