And it wasnt just one visit with their staff being rude. It took me 3 visits to finally say forget this place! And tried the Wall Staples. Then I realized at Wall they were charging me less for certain things. when I told them brick was charging me whatever it was they were like yea that's incorrect. Bye bye brick staples!
- IIItaSep 24, 20191.0I was just in the store at the printing and copy area. The employee there did not complete my order correctly - it was just missing staples. Instead of just stapling the already printed booklet she the-printed the entire thing and stapled that. And then she wouldn’t give me the incorrect/unstapled booklet, she threw it out instead. I could have used it instead of wasting more paper and trees. So unprofessional and I’ve never had that before. You should really train your employees in customer service & not wasting so much!
